• Company Details: Aargard Rentals is a subsidiary of Aargard Inc., offering premium 5-star and 7-star B&B services across the globe.

• Eligibility: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Valid identification is required at check-in.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after the full payment or a deposit has been received, and a confirmation email has been sent.

• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods listed on our website.

• Currency: All payments are processed in the currency specified during booking. Guests are responsible for any currency conversion fees.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM local time. Early check-ins are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Check-Out: Guests must vacate the property by 11:00 AM local time. Late check-outs without prior approval may result in additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Guests are bound by our Strict Cancellation Policy, outlined separately and available on our website.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with that policy.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Property Care: Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and notifying us of any damages.

• Noise and Conduct: Guests must respect local regulations and maintain noise levels appropriate for the property and surrounding areas.

• Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, smoking in non-designated areas, and unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

• Guest Belongings: Aargard Rentals is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

• Property Damages: Guests are liable for damages caused during their stay and will be charged for necessary repairs or replacements.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or governmental actions.
